With the biggest crowd to date, 250 people helped cheer on the horses while raising money for the Celtic Studies Program at St. Michael’s College. The heat didn’t prevent supporters from enjoying the great food and company in the track side tent at Woodbine. Hugo Straney did a fabulous job keeping guests entertained while encouraging them to bid on unique auction items. A special thank you to Race Sponsors: Aer Lingus, Diageo, University of St. Michael’s College, Community First Solar/Alectric Solar and Pay Presto Movers, Norton Rose Fulbright, Judy Pace and Al Pace, Bridgehouse Asset Managers, AFEX Canada, Ireland Fund Directors and Young Leaders and Colm Freyne. This event continues to grow and moving it to a Saturday made it the perfect way to kick- off the weekend with friends and family members.
