As usual Tommy Gallagher’s dinner honoring the golf committee on Thursday 19 May signaled the kick off for the 14th annual Texas Irish American Cup Challenge. This event took place at the prestigious Park City Club, one of Dallas’s top dining clubs. The highlight of the evening was a surprise presentation to Tommy of an Augusta Green jacket making him an honorary member of the Green Jackets Winner’s Circle. Tommy, surrounded by all the usual suspects, was surprised and everyone agreed that this honor was well deserved.
