A portion of the proceeds raised from the event will support programs of peace and
reconciliation, arts and culture, education, and community development throughout the
island of Ireland.

Our local charity for 2010 is Our Friends’ Place and the new transitional living center to
be called Pauline’s Place, named after Sister Pauline Mullen, native of Co Meath, Ireland
who devoted her life to working with young women who come from a history of abuse,
abandonment, and neglect.
