Michael Flatley Lord of the Dance 2014

Michael Flatley invites Irish pensioners to see Lord of the Dance – Dangerous Games on Thursday 23 October 2014

On a beautiful sunny autumnal afternoon Michael Flatley & The London Palladium welcomed a group of 200 Irish pensioners to watch a performance of his new show Lord of The Dance Dangerous Games. Michael’s generous invitation was a once in a lifetime opportunity for many of them to experience the thrills and excitement of a West End show.

The event was organised by Bernard McEvoy, Irish partner of Brown Rudnick law firm in conjunction with The Ireland Fund of Great Britain who kindly allocated the tickets to the various Irish pensioner groups based across London which the IFGB support. The Ireland Fund of Great Britain raises money to make a real difference to those in need and to support Irish culture in Great Britain and across the island of Ireland.

At the end of the show the group was invited to remain seated for a special surprise.

The Lord of the Dance himself, Michael Flatley, personally greeted the group and happily posed for photographs and signed autographs. He thanked them all for coming and filling the historic venue with their uniquely Irish warmth and charm.
Not only does Michael have the feet of an angel he has the heart to match.
