On Tuesday 10 February, the Little Museum of Dublin, a flagship grantee of The Ireland Funds, hosted the Dublin Young Leaders for an information evening, and to officially launch the upcoming 2016 Ireland Funds Spring Gala.
The reception was held in the wonderfully eclectic surrounds of the museum. Guests enjoyed wine, canapes and the exhibitions on show before gathering in The Ireland Funds gallery for a welcome from Siobhán Gallagher, Director of The Ireland Funds.
Ronan Foley, Chairman of The Ireland Funds, then spoke to the Young Leaders about Corporate Philanthropy from his experience, and furnished thought provoking statistics on the impact of Corporate Philanthropy in Ireland and beyond.
The Young Leaders then collected their copies of A Country is Born by Fergal McCarthy, kindly provided by the Little Museum, and made their way home.
It was a fun and informative evening enjoyed by all.
