Kenn Joyce Founding Chairman of The Ireland Fund of China 2012

Kenn Joyce was the founding Chairman of The Ireland Fund of China joining the organization in 2006.  Kenn’s career took him from successful music producer in London, through hosting Dublin’s No. 1 rating radio programme in the 1980’s to Sydney where he hosted the Irish Radio programme.

In Sydney, Kenn also took his media knowledge behind the scenes, establishing Virtu Advertising to service the Property and Financial Services markets.

Concurrently, Kenn established and grew Internet Company Metropolis Interactive.  By the time he sold the business in March 2000, it had offices in London, New York, Singapore, Sydney and Dublin and employed over 90 people.

Born in Dublin, Kenn was educated at Blackrock College, University College Dublin, Parnell Square (Journalism), BBC London (TV & Radio Production), RTE Dublin (TV Presentation), TAFE Sydney (Advanced Media Studies), Macquarie Graduate School of Management Sydney (MBA).

Kenn was based in Hong Kong where he was Chairman & CEO of Morgan Holdings with property and media interests in Australia, China, Singapore and Thailand.
