Friday May 17th may be a little late for Cinco de Mayo but Fiesta was the order of the evening at the beautiful Spanish hacienda of Ellen and Chris Carrie on Turtle Creek. The Irish were treated to a veritable Tex-Mex feast. New Irish and the veteran Irish mixed with the old and new Texans and as is always the case at this gathering, new friendships are formed and old ones renewed.
