On Wednesday, August 27, 2014, over 80 Chicago Young Leaders enjoyed their annual Summer Sunset Cruise.
Led by event Chairs, Colleen Nolan and Patrick Zahren, the Young Leaders cruised aboard Shoreline’s Celebration boat under the glow of the City of Chicago fireworks
One lucky Young Leader won a set of Notre Dame football tickets and Pat McKillen provided the entertainment on the acoustic guitar. This was a return appearance for Pat who again received rave reviews.
An after-party was held at Lizzie McNeill’s. It was a beautiful night and a chance to meet friends old and new while supporting the important work of The American Ireland Fund.
We hope to see you at other upcoming events including this year’s Annual Gala to be held Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at the Hilton Chicago, honoring Father John Jenkins, President of the University of Notre Dame and Ellen and Jim O’Connor.
