Board members and supporters of The American Ireland Fund Chicago were treated to a delightful dinner with the great Irish-American actor, Brian Dennehy on February 23, 2009 at Gibson's Steakhouse. This was Chicago's inaugural Gallery Circle event.
In addition to hearing Mr. Dennehy's unique perspective on Eugene O'Neill we also heard from the Artistic Director of Chicago's Goodman Theatre, Mr. Robert Falls. Mr. Falls shared stories of his and Mr. Dennehy's 23 year collaborative history in theatre.
This was a very special event made possible by American Ireland Fund founding members and supporters of the Goodman Theatre, Sondra and Denis Healy.
